Pastoral Team
Glen Massey
Associate Pastor
Glen joined the team at Southport Pres in 2017 to lead the discipleship and spiritual formation ministries. He is a graduate of Clemson University and has an M.Div. and D.Min. from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Glen enjoys cycling, weight lifting, and is never without a humorous story or a dad joke. He has been married to Shaele since 1996 and has three adult children.
Heather Strong Moore
Outreach Leadership
Heather Strong Moore has been serving at Southport Pres since 2024 and oversees the church’s outreach efforts in our local community as well as our mission work around the world. She did her undergraduate work in Psychology at Messiah University, her Masters in Counseling at Slippery Rock University, and is taking courses at Knox Theological Seminary in order to complete her requirements for ordination as a pastor in the EPC. Heather and her husband, Ivan, have been married since 2013, are huge Indiana Fever fans, and are on a quest to visit every MLB stadium in the country.
