

what to expect at camp
Your kids are in for a week of excitement and new experiences at Happy Hollow Camp. They have the opportunity to ride horses, swim, learn archery, experience rope courses, games, crafts, and more. Each day is packed with new and exciting activities with themes to help them build relationships and grow their faith. This is the summer experience of a lifetime. Below is all the information you need to help register your kid(s) for camp.

Happy Hollow Release Form
All campers are required to submit a signed release form for Happy Hollow camp. This required by Happy Hollow in order for your child to come and participate in activities.
Medical Form
All campers are required to have a medical history on file prior to participating in camp activities. This helps us keep your camper safe and secure.
Camper Registration
The cost per camper is $425, early bird registration until May 3rd. After May 3rd it will be $475. We will need $100 down payment for registration. Camper registration can be done online. This covers the cost of camp supplies, a T-shirt, food, and housing for the week. If you need assistance with payment or have questions please let us know.

Informational Packet
Whether this is your first or third time coming with us to Kids Camp, we want you to be prepared in the best way possible. Directions, Arrivals/Dismissals, Finances, Medications, everything you need to know will be made available to you in a packet before camp.
VOLUNTEER INFo
All camp staff must read and sign the Youth Protection Policy and submit a brief medical history. Background checks are required for any camp staff over the age of 18 years and must be renewed every two years. Download the forms below and email or turn in copies to Melissa Davis.
